Dr Niranjan Sritharan is an experienced adult and paediatric Ear Nose Throat & Head and Neck Surgeon.
Dr Sritharan grew up in Sydney, and completed medical school at the University of New South Wales. In 2008 he moved into specialty training in ENT Head & Neck Surgery involving tertiary paediatric and adult positions around Australia and obtained his formal Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr Sritharan subsequently travelled to the USA for further subspecialty fellowship training. This involved a 12 month competitive placement at TUFTS University, specialising in advanced sinus and sleep disorders in a program authorised by the American Rhinologic Association. He then spent a further period of advanced training at Harvard University, working at the world leading institutions Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and the Massachusetts General Hospital, specialising in Head & Neck Cancer with a focus on thyroid disorders.

Dr Sritharan is appointed as a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of Western Sydney. He is committed to teaching and research, and has published and presented at conferences regularly in Australia and overseas.
His Private hospital appointments include Westmead Private Hospital, Nepean Private Hospital & Strathfield Private hospital. He also has public teaching hospital VMO appointments at Nepean Hospital & Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital in Sydney.

Dr Vanaja Siv
Dr Vanaja Siva is an Australian and UK trained Adult & Paediatric ENT Surgeon.
She joins us following dual sub specialist fellowship training in Otology & Auditory Implants and Paediatric ENT surgery at the Oxford University Hospitals in the UK.
She obtained her medical degree with honours from the UNSW in 2005 and completed her ENT training in 2013. Her training was undertaken through rotations across Sydney’s tertiary centres (Randwick Children’s, Liverpool, Westmead and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals).She haspresented in national and international meetings and was also a recipient of the RACS Clinical Committee Prize for the highest score in college examinations.
She was awarded sub-speciality fellowship training at the Oxford Auditory Implants Centre-John Radcliffe Hospital,Oxford University Hospitals, UK. It is a Fellowship program accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.This was also complemented by clinical secondment to the Otology and Skull Base Unit at the Cambridge University Hospitals, UK.
She has returned to the Sydney is appointed as a VMO at the Nepean Public Hospital, a teaching hospital for the University of Sydney and the RACS-Otolaryngology . She is actively involved in teaching and training ENT trainee registrars and medical students. Hospital Appointments as VMO :
